🌍 About YEM Scotland

YEM Scotland is the Scottish branch of the Young European Movement UK — the youth wing of the European Movement and part of the pan-European network JEF (Junge Europäische Föderalisten).

We are a youth-led, non-partisan organisation advocating for a more democratic, united, and inclusive Europe. As young Scots, we believe in Scotland’s place at the heart of Europe, and we campaign for closer cooperation with the European Union, with a focus on youth rights, international solidarity, and cross-border friendship.

We’re passionate about empowering young people across Scotland to get involved in shaping Europe’s future — whether that’s through campaigns, educational workshops, policy debates, or international exchanges. Our work brings together students, activists, creatives, and young professionals who believe that Europe is stronger when young voices are heard.

YEM Scotland is proud to be part of the wider JEF Europe network, connecting thousands of young people across the continent in a shared vision of a federal, democratic, and peaceful Europe built on solidarity, human rights, and the rule of law.
